The Chief Marshal, J. The number for the Colorado State Patrol who provides us with our dispatch services is 719-589-5807, they will dispatch a marshal officer who will then return your call or be dispatched to the scene. All dogs within Town limits are required to be registered with the Town of Sanford in accordance with Ordinance 2023-02. A license may be purchased for a two-year period for $5.00, the license is valid from January 1 of the current year through December 31 of the following year. You may download the Pet license Application, return the application with a picture of your dog, and the $5.00 licensing fee and a license will be issued.
